The brief from our client was to create a high-end forever home for themselves and their family’s future generations. The location of this build came with it’s challenges. In the summer, Newgale is one of Pembrokeshire’s busiest tourist hotspots with thousands making their way down West to set up camp. With limited access to the property and the busy winding road meant deliveries of goods had to be planned with extra care and attention. By Winter, the heavy winds and storms from the Atlantic would cause road closures and would make life on site very difficult, but throughout this time our team remained content and battled on through the elements to create this stunning and award-winning home.
