Project Story

Alma Grange, a Victorian sea Captain’s home, was badly in need of a sensitive 21st century make-over, without losing it’s heritage and beautiful existing features. Carreg were appointed by the Hong Kong-based owners, to carefully and sensitively restore the property to it’s former glory and also build a large single storey extension to the rear, housing a guest bedroom, dining and seating area plus laundry, plant and shower room.
