The talented design team at OB Architecture, Winchester, worked with the client to realise a modern, contemporary, luxury property build that not only made the most of the extensive cliff-face backdrop and location within the seaside town of Tenby, but also offered the owners an adaptable, family home that could accommodate large numbers of friends and family at any given time.

Sliding doors, spaces that expand or become more intimate depending on the number of visitors create a clever domestic arrangement within this house.

With sublime views on every one of the three floors, Shearwaters is testament not only to the architects, the construction company and delighted owners for their original vision but the focused teamwork that has produced the most enviable dwelling in the most spectacular location.
