This award was nominated by LABC Pembrokeshire County Council and is the only ever Pembrokeshire winner of the national award. Proudly flying the Welsh flag, Andrew and Sue Phillips, flanked by their Carreg collegues Steve Henton and Tom Evans, were presented with the award and certificate by broadcaster Gyles Brandreth.
