MD Andrew Phillips said &ldquo;the fact that the Building Control officers at Pembrokeshire County Council recommended Carreg for this award makes it very gratifying and shows the high standard and hard work of Carreg staff&rdquo;.

The project received the top Award for Rural Areas and the Natural Environment at the RTPI's ceremony held in London recently.

The event itself was a black-tie ball, held in a magnificent marquee at Slebech Park, courtesy of Dragon LNG - who has used the marquee on the previous evening for their own conference.


The charity event was organised as an auction of products and services donated by local and national businesses, in order to raise thousands of pounds for St John Ambulance activities.
